Our digital marketing plans run either month-to-month, quarterly, 6-monthly, or for one year from the date-of-purchase. Annual plans are calculated at a lower hourly rate than if you pay for your services on a month-by-month or hourly basis.

Annual Website SEO & Maintenance Plans

Our Search Engine Optimization programs include initial SEO setup and configuration, monthly Google Analytics reports, and continuous on-page and back-end adjustments to your website to maximize its search potential.

We will also make recommendations to improve your site’s structure, content, and speed to improve rankings.

Annual SEO plans now also include a maintenance component, so we keep your core software, modules and plugins, and settings up to date, as well as running regular backups. We also install and configure security software, keeping your website and blog secure. And of course, we troubleshooting any problems that may occur, and restore from backups if required.

SEO & Maintenance Plan Sample Pricing:

SEO plan for a 4-page site: $960 per year
SEO plan for a 6-page site with blog: $1,080 per year
SEO plan for a 8-page site with blog and store: $1,350 per year

Annual Blog & Social Media Programs

Blog and social media programs include the setup of your blog page, integrating the new blog (or an existing one) with your social media accounts (if required), quarterly post schedules, writing, design, and setup of weekly or bi-weekly blog and social media posts, and posting to all applicable online channels.

Posting schedules are prepared with the client’s assistance to coincide with any campaigns or promos that the client may be running.
Blog and social media programs can use supplied content, or content can be created by us for you, which is then proofed back to you before post creation.
Once created, content is then layed-out, graphics and images added, and SEO data configured. The final posted to your blog and to your social media.

Gleneden Ridge Design is priced to make marketing easier on your pocket, so you can grow your business without blowing your entire budget on websites and graphics, but if you sign up for a Design & Development Time Bank, you can secure a lower hourly rate and save as much as 13% over the standard rate.

Our Design and Development Time Banks are a package whereby you bulk-buy a number of hours that you can use as needed on website design & development with us. As you request updates, changes, and additions to your website, we simply deduct the time spent from the time bank hours purchased, and when the time-bank is low, you purchase more hours to top-up. Easy!

There’s no expiration or time-limit on the hours, you just use them and top-up when you need to. Simple as that. And we keep you updated with a monthly report, so you always know where you are.
You can purchase time-banks in 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25-hour packs, all with increasing discounts to our standard hourly rate.
Note that unless otherwise stipulated, the hours in the time bank can only be used for actual graphic design & development work, such as designing a website, creating new pages, editing content, or adding features, graphic design for logos, brochures, signage, and ad design. They do not apply to annual programs such as blog and social media programs, SEO programs, or annual website maintenance plans, since they are already heavily-discounted programs.

10-hour pack: $850 ($85.00 per hour discounted rate, compared to $90 per hour standard rate)

20-hour pack: $1,600 ($80.00 per hour discounted rate, compared to $90 per hour standard rate)
